Director, Child and Adolescent Inpatient Programming
Job Summary: Directs the management, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of inpatient services for children and adolescents. Provides direct supervision to social workers and group/program facilitators. Provides supervision and training on current evidence based practices, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to all clinical staff, including nursing and mental health workers.
Demonstrated knowledge of the clinical needs of a behavioral health organization.
Minimum of a Master's degree in a related field. At least three years of management experience.
Successful experience with project planning and implementation leading to cultural transformation.
Competence with computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Access), including use of an Electronic Health Record.
