KIK Consumer Brands – Automotive Division
Our Automotive business is comprised of the Prestone® and Holts® businesses. We develop, manufacture and market antifreeze/coolant and other automotive functional fluids and car appearance products in North America and key international markets. Prestone® is the number one branded consumer choice for antifreeze/coolant in North America. Other brands in our Automotive Care business include Holts®, Redex® and Simoniz® (outside North America).

The Director of Category Management is a leader who can leverage their knowledge and skills to mentor and guide a team of Category Managers, Category Analysts, and Category Advisors to deliver winning solutions for our clients and customers. As an established expert in the application of all Category Management processes, this associate will utilize their technical expertise, strong foundational knowledge of the industry, and data (syndicated and shopper) driven insight creation to create value for our clients and customers while building the skills of their team. The Director will be able to prioritize business requests to meet deadlines and drive optimal ROI while fostering a culture of continuous professional development, leading by example.
The overarching purpose is to be a proactive and forward thinking partner in the delivery of market & customer insights for the strategic planning process. This team will bring deep understanding of the end market, our customers, & competitors though predictive analytics & market trending. The leadership role will be the foundation of partnership to the NAM Business Areas & Strategic Corporate Accounts in helping them to climb the customer ladder.

Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving, and communicating recommendations
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel
Proven analytical skills and highly numerate
Experience managing a team
