Riverside Community Hospital, Founded in 1901, is a 478 licensed bed, full-service acute care hospital in the heart of the Inland Empire. RCH has been recognized as a Top Performing Hospital and has invested in a new campus expansion project that includes a new 7 story patient tower, 3 story medical office building, and a recently completed 5 level state of the art parking garage. Position Summary: Middle management position with 24-hour responsibility for assignedpatient care areas. The Director will promote professional practice, andcoordinate patient care activities in areas of administration, clinical,and human resources. This position required an advanced level ofmanagement expertise as demonstrated through leadership,departmental functioning and educational preparation. Plans andfacilitates program development, fiscal planning and management ofthe Cardiology Services. Directs and coordinates the activities ofCardiac Services to include, Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology,Cardiac Rehab, and programmatic responsibilities for EKG and Echoservices. Establishes departmental procedures within the frameworkestablished by the Hospital Administration and coordinates the needsestablished by the Medical Staff.

Supervises: Cardiac Cath. Lab, Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiology, CardiacRehab, EKG and Echo Services
Licensure/ Certification/ Registration: 1. Current Valid California RN License2. Current BCLS Certification3. Current ACLS Certification
Education: 1. Graduate of accredited School of Nursing2. Enrollment in BS Degree program or BSN required3. Masters Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Acute Care Cardiac Cath.Lab.
