ADP is hiring a Director — Business Intelligence. This role establishes direction for the Business Intelligence efforts at NAS. In addition, the Director-BI will lead a team that establishes and maintains methods to collect, cleanse, govern and visualize data in ways that enable the business to enhance operational efficiencies and client/associate experiences.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for establishing methods to collect, cleanse, govern and visualize data. Once established, maintain and improve these methods to continually meet business needs.
Partners with field, operations and strategy leaders to drive data insights that improve business performance.
Serves as the NAS thought leader for Data, BI and Reporting.
Partners with other BU leaders to define ADP wide technology and tool standards.
Drives business requirements and collaborates with other BUs and the CIO to select ADP vendors and technologies of choice to establish overall governance of consistent data practices across the firm.
Manages a team of data analysts to Create/Maintain dashboards, Establish/Maintain methods to compile data from various sources
Designs, Creates and Maintains Dashboards that deliver critical Data Insights for the business.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree, preferred concentration in Business and or Technology. Certifications and Operational knowledge of Data Analytics and Reporting.
5 to 8 Years of Directly Related Experience
