Director - Business Development & Semiconductor Partnerships

Job Description:

The position is also located in - Denver, CO, Boston, MA, Atlanta GA

We are looking for seasoned, high-performance business development professional to nurture a partnership with semiconductor companies like Qualcomm, NVIDIA, NXP, Silicon Labs, Analog Devices as well as responsible for sales and help generate business by opening new accounts working closely with the Arrow Sales team based in the Eastern half of United States.

What You’ll Be Doing

·Generate business through Arrow customers based on the eastern half of united states

·Produce monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

·Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline

·Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms

·Generate business through key semiconductor partnerships with Qualcomm, NXP, Nvidia, Analog Devices, Silicon Labs, etc

·Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing

What We Are Looking For

·A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or advanced degree in related field, MBA preferred

·7-14 years of experience with at least 5 years of selling Product Engineering Services (PES) for Embedded & Digital engineering

·Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives

·Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high-tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams

·Strong technical skills with the ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with “consultative selling” is essential

·Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills

·Articulate and ability to present and speak publicly at Partner events

·Prior experience with Wipro, Sasken, Mindtree, L&T, Global logic, Mistral, Aricent, Tata Elixis or KPIT preferred

·Experience in selling product engineering services in a Solution/ consultative mode

·50% travel within the Eastern half of United States
