This position will report directly to the Sr. Director, Business Development (BD), functionally aligned to the RMS Sector, and will be responsible to reach across organizational boundaries to position and capture L3Harris content for ABMS/JADC2 as well as DoD enterprise connectivity efforts. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated experienceworking with ABMS stakeholders and influencers including USAF CAIO, AFMC, PEOs, RCO, Combatant Commands, Major Commands, Congress, industry partnerships, and media & think tanks to gain program, political, and funding support for the assigned portfolio and will have an active TS/SCI security clearance. Essential duties & responsibilities are in support of the Corporate Enterprise Campaign leader and include:
Bachelor's Degree ideally in Network Systems Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience or a Graduate Degree and a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience.
Intimate knowledge of USAF & DoD JADC2, ABMS, US Navy and US Army initiatives and acquisition modalities with specific experience with the US Air Force program offices and acquisition processes
Direct experienceworking with AFLCMC, SAF/AQ, AFWIC, RCO and USAF PEO's. Desired experience with Combatant Commands, USAF Major Commands, and Air Force A-staff.
An understanding of capabilities and products relevant to ABMS and their relationship to ABMS Categories.
Experience in Multi-Domain C2ISR and Protected Communications Networks.
Experience working with classified programs.
Ability to identify operational gaps applicable to ABMS, JADC2 and US Army and US Navy initiatives while aligning those gaps to L3H technical offerings / solutions and developing a strategic technical roadmap aligned with the ABMS/JADC2 campaign.
Experience leveraging Modeling & Simulation and Operations Analysis methodologies to demonstrate effectiveness across ABMS solution sets.
Experience in developing winning strategic partnerships with a demonstrated understanding of technology synergies across industry/DoD as well as across corporate portfolios. Familiarity with ABMS demonstration (Onramp) process with the ability to proactively engage Government representatives responsible for planning milestones.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams between Government Relations, Program Management and Engineering, to deliver successful campaign results across a corporate enterprise
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; possesses organization and prioritization skills.
Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
Team oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret (SCI) Security Clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
