We are currently engaged with a Global IT Solutions and Services Company to hire top notch Sales and Business Development Directors in the CPG vertical for a global outsourcing firm.
The candidate will be responsible for existing account as well as new business development in a target industry vertical constantly and nurturing relationships with key customers and influencers.
The candidate will work closely with the VP of Sales in formulating the *go-to-market* strategy. Working with the pre-sales team to craft a suitable and compelling proposal for the client.
Be updated on industry and market trends, issues, competitors activities and thereby working with SME's in forums for knowledge acquisition and business development
The ideal candidate will be in an IT Services & Solutions company with years of selling experience in ITO / BPO / Managed Services and Application Development. Candidate must have at least 10 + years experience selling Outsourcing business solutions & services across specified vertical selling into Fortune 1000 clients. A successful track record is most necessary along with High degree of commitment, confident team player, someone who has consistently met and exceeded quotas; must have experience in managing large accounts. You are expected to be well versed with the offshore outsourcing solution selling process
