Requirements for Position

  • Leverage relationships withretailers and brands to drive revenue and margin by understanding the client's needs and offering a solution with our services
  • Assist in developing annual sales plan in support of organization strategies, objectives and Key Performance Indicators
  • Assist in delivering sales and net contribution plan
  • Manage customer relationships, where applicable, and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Partner internally with Operations, External Field Operations and Account Management to achieve all customer and internal financial objectives
  • Assist in defining sales processes that drive desiredsales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Assist in providing detailed and accurate salesforecasting
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions

Qualifications and Must Haves

  • Experience in working with manufacturers and/or retailers (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in Retail Industry (Required)
  • 5+ years of salesexperience (Required)
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starting
  • Highly motivated, professional, & dependable, Results Driven, Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure, & manage time appropriately
  • Ability to think "out of the box"
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Build relationships with the team, field services team, and customers. Team player - partnerships
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information promptly
  • Detailed oriented and excellent follow through skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office -- Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Salesforce knowledge (A plus)
