Fundamental Components:
Partners with managers or directors on small-sized business area(s) or an enterprise /business area sub function with modest productivity goals in order to impact the business results and improve operational performance.
Drives or guides engagement using disciplined, repeatable ABX (Achieving Business eXcellence) methodology and standards. Provides oversight to or drives initiative planning as required.
Designs, develops interventions and facilitates work sessions.
Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting and presentation materials related to ABX initiatives; following standards.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Required: 8+ years experience with several of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.
Required: Business knowledge Continuous Improvement application experience
Required: Lean, Six Sigma, Black Belt certification
Required: Lean Management System (LMS), Lean Business Management experience (deployments, transformation).
Required: Superior facilitation skills, coaching, executive influencing skills
Required: Managing staff of direct reports
Required: Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity. Required: Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.
Required: Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience.
Required: Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, risk management.
Required: Demonstrated relationship management and coaching skills at the senior and executive management level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.
Experience with AGILE, SCRUM, Kanban a plus.

EDUCATION

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Project Management, PMP desired
Project Management/Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt is desired
Lean Six Sigma Certification: Black Belt required
