The Director, Banking Operations is responsible for administration, structuring and monitoring of all banking and cash management functions of Prisma Health and Affiliates. Ensures appropriate processes and technologies are utilized for efficient cash and liquidity management. Manages all bank depository and merchant card service programs/relationships. Develops and ensures compliance with banking policies, controls and procedures. Oversees other treasury projects as assigned.

Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of employees that may include final budget authority, hire/termination/disciplinary authority, performance appraisal responsibility. Job will be considered a member of the management staff with direct reports.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required. Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
Experience: A minimum 8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Bank Treasury Services, Corporate Finance, or related experience required. Healthcare finance experience preferred. Policy development, process review, and change management experience preferred.
