Job Summary
Support the strategy directing and managing projects, people or innovation streams. Assist in directing the implementation of a variety of predictive models and/or actuarial techniques. Work across research, information technology, business technology operations and product teams to ensure delivered product aligns with model and business intent. In-depth Line of Business knowledge, attention to detail, project management and organizational skills required. Broader awareness of enterprise Analytics & Research community. May provide direction to a team of analysts and/or project members

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Creating and maintain summary/intent documents for models to be used by information technology to build within our production systems. Creating and updating countrywide and state specific factor tables supporting those models. Coordinate weekly leads and status meetings. Schedule meetings with decision management group as needed. Keep research and development work updated and aligned with project plan. Responsible for sign-off of technical requirements, testing, rate pages, and final rate/rule manuals.

Minimum Qualifications
PhD STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degree with 2 years experience or Masters STEM degree with 5 years experience or Bachelor’s STEM degree with 7 yrs or Bachelor’s degree with FCAS designation and 4 years relevant progressive statistical analysis work experiencerequired. Advanced working knowledge of modeling/research/analytics or actuarialrequired. Relevant statistical analysis work experiencerequired.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Relevant work experience in directing and performing research and/or advanced analytic work (e.g. predictive modeling) in the insurance industry preferred.
