SUMMARY: This position maintains overall strategic and programmatic responsibility for programs within his/her jurisdiction. This position has direct accountability for the supervisorsresponsible for the day to day operations of each program. The position works collaboratively with medical, clinical, and nursing staff in the department(s) to ensure efficient and effectivepatient care delivery and customer satisfaction throughout the department. Maintains fiscal accountability through the development, implementation, and evaluation of annual operating and capitalbudgets, provides administrative direction through the formulation of goals and strategic plans, and has 24-hour accountability of the department. Also coordinates a planned and systematic Quality/Performance Improvement Program for the department. This position practices in accordance with Children's policies.
REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's Degree with a Master's Degree preferred. Minimum three (3) years management experiencerequired. Minimum five (5) years increasingly responsibleexperience which demonstrates proficiency in the skills and knowledge required to perform the job is preferred.
