Responsibilities:

This enthusiastic business development professional will be responsible for uncovering prospects, increasing presence and interactions at agency partners, and nurturing these relationships to increase overall revenue for the Lifestyle Brand Categories, inclusive of: CPG Beauty & Personal Care Products, Alcohol Beverage (Beer, Spirits & Wine), Fashion & Accessory, Travel, Luxury and Retail brands.

In collaboration with the Lifestyle Brands Sales team, this professional will:

  • Open doors and cultivate new revenue streams by educating agencies on Live Nation’s capabilities and unique marketing value structure.
  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities, develop and sell-through dynamic solution-based marketing programs
  • Identify, qualify and engage with key decision makers at all agencies in a strategic manner
  • Grow existing accounts by developing strong and profitable relationships with agency partners, delivering industry-leading levels of creativity and customer service

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degreerequired, advanced degreepreferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of Sales experience with extensive Digital Media & Multi-platform sales accomplishments
  • A reputation as a "go-getter" and "rainmaker" and “team contributor”
  • A leading work ethic and a competitive instinct to win
  • Proven track record of successfully working with agencies and brands to create, sell and execute best-in-class innovative integrated marketing programs and promotions
  • Excellent relationships with senior level and influential marketing executives at relevant agencies
  • Key agency contacts with media buyers, planners and senior media management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process
  • Sufficient understanding of media / advertising buying to communicate the distinctive value of Live Nation’s Media & Sponsorship platform
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High energy and a personality that thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
