Seeking results driven individual with demonstrated expertise leading an aftermarket service and parts department for packaging equipment who can manage service teams, develop and execute P&L budgets, and interface with customers to recommend upgrades.

 

Shall:

 

*** Develop and manage annual P&L from scratch, identify avenues for revenue generation including after-sale upgrades, warranty sales, service contract add-ons, and spare part sales.

*** Manage and schedule team of aftermarket sales reps to meet customer request for service.

*** Oversee customer engagement activities and identify ways to increase attachment rates for warranties and service contracts.

*** Schedule field technicians and third party contractors for large upgrade or overhaul projects.
