The Director is responsible for the marketing strategy across RCI’s affinity brands, and is responsible for developing revenue-generating strategies across all paid, earned, and owned media. The Director should have a strong understanding of digital marketing as well as experience managing a brand/product. This individual will be expected to work with internal and external agencies/partners to drive website traffic, engagement, and bookings. This position reports to the Sr. Vice President, Business Development, and will manage a team of five marketing managers.



  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business preferred). Master’s degree or MBA a plus.

Knowledge and skills

  • Deep understanding of digital metrics and testing strategies. Google Analytics experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid fiscal management experience of a multi-million dollar marketing budget.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience required

Job experience

  • 10 years of marketing experience with hands-on digital experience required.
  • 3+ years of team management experience required.

Leadership experience

  • Proven ability to lead a team of 2-5 reports through managing team projects and organizational goals.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders across multiple business units and geographic locations within the business
