Responsible for development of a planned, systematic, organized implementation of the ISO:9001 compliant quality management system. Designs, implements, and deploys ISO:9001 Internal Audit Program across the system. Leads the team(s) responsible for preparation and coordination across the Methodist Healthcare system for continuous regulatory, accreditation, quality, risk, and quality management. Serves as advisor and subject matter expert in EMTALA, accreditation, CMS, State, and other regulatory agency and professional organization standards. Designs and implements individual, team and organizational processes in accordance with philosophy and objectives of the Patient Safety and Quality Division and accreditation agencies. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or similar related clinical field
Minimum of seven years of job relevant experience. Professional experience must include a minimum of four years experience in organizing, directing and participation in a Process Improvement and/or Accreditation program.
Certification in quality improvement training such as Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean, CPHQ, Internal Auditing or equivalent.
