Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and federal and state tax laws
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of all necessary financial statements and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
• Manage cash balances and evaluate potential lines of credit
• Collaborate on forecasting cash needs with FP&A manager
• Complete annual audit and coordinate with auditors on technical matters
• Supervise tax consultants for partnership accounts and compliance
• Liaise with corporate tax team for income tax provision and GAAP accounting
• Manage all accounts payables and receivables processes
• Monitor financial data accuracy and ensure proper recording of transactions
• Develop and implement financial policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Provide financial guidance to department heads in alignment with strategic goals
• Supervise and mentor a team of 3
