The Account Executive is responsible for the Partnership Strategy, Profitability and Relationship Lead of Assigned Partners within the Vertical. Individual willlead assigned relationships to deliver on all partner's and CBG goals regarding growth and profitability, as well as provide all necessary strategic directionto assigned Marketing Managers and Implementations. Individual will be responsible for setting business and marketing strategies, providing subject matter expertise, and overseeing strategy implementation.
Responsible for assigned annual Marketing Plan, ensuring the development, growth and retention of assigned brand portfolios acting as senior relationship consultant to meet and exceed expectations.
Includes all Acquisitions, Partner, and all initial campaign Plans.
For all assigned Partners, will have End-to-End accountability for all Marketing Plans.
Drive the formation of P&L reports and responsible for ensuring all appropriate approvals for non-DM are achieved.
Lead in all New Business Development Support as needed, as well as lead others on assigned teams to solve complex problems.
Develop strategic business and marketing strategies to maximize partner growth and revenue.
Work in collaboration with assigned Marketing Manager and Marketing Implementations to ensure all day to day activities align with overall Marketing Plan.
Marketing Plan Results are aligned with strategic results of the Vertical.
Ensure the proper execution of all Product Management and Product Development within assigned vertical.
Ensure proper Contract Management practices are executed. Will be expected to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with other to adopt a different point of view at times.
Compliance: Understand and comply with the Bank's BSA/AML Program, which includes, but is not limited to the following:
Complying with the Bank's Customer Identification Program and Customer Due Diligence Policy
Identifying, monitoring and reporting suspicious activity
Completing BSA/AML training in a timely manner as directed by management

Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent working experience in Marketing related field
5-7 years of experience working in a relationship management and/or marketing capacity
Marketing development and management experience
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage competing and at time complex priorities – experience in fast paced environments.
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) and presentation skills
Ability to network, develop relationships and leverage relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
External client management (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.)
