The Direct Recruiter will:

  • Source candidates via Web advertising, referral, networking, database, candidate portal on client website, etc.
  • Build, develop and maintain in-house candidatedatabase and workflow products
  • Contact and interview prospective candidates and retain audit trail of contact
  • Retain contact with candidates placed via direct recruitment
  • Ensure all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site and vacancies are recorded
  • Act as a liaison with Line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
  • Maintain the agreed service levels with the client
  • Provide credible and consultative advice and support to client during the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Interface to HR community / RS Management
  • Provide regular market information from both internal and external sources
  • Handle other duties, as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 5+ years of Contract and/or Permanent Recruitment experience for large Financial Institutions
  • Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Background in the Recruitment of Operations, Technology or Finance professionals
  • Understanding of Financial Products and Technology
  • Microsoft Office/Suite proficient (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Solid problem solving and time management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
