Responsibilities

Job Summary: The Director of Operations is responsible for management of components of Prominence Health Plan operations including the Departments of Provider and Member Services, network operations, and select vendor relationships. The Director of Operations will provide strategic initiatives to realize efficiencies, and outstanding customer service to Prominence Health Plan clients, brokers, vendors, providers and members as well as to ensure that operational goals and measures are met.

Qualifications

Regulatory Requirements:\r

Bachelor?s Degree in Business or related Health Care degree, MBA, or Masters in Public Health\r

Minimum of seven years of Operations management or consulting experience with at least 2-yearsexperience in managed care\r

Proven experience in providing service to internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful business outcomes\r
