Leads the End-User Device, Data Center and Network teams responsible for the delivery of all related services inside the walls of the health system. Responsibilities focus on installation, configuration, monitoring, security and maintenance of the IT systems software and hardware for computing devices (including servers), network, audio visual and VIOP (phones and cellular services). Ensures compliance with regulations, security, internal IT standards, policies and procedures. Also accountable for all laaS or other purchased services that support systems supporting the health system.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related degree and 5 years or more of experience in IT plus 5 years or more in an Infrastructure leadership position. Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement. Strong interpersonal skills that support successful negotiation, coordination and integration with multiple enterprise committee's and teams. Working at executive levels and cross functionally. Leading management. Asset Management Systems, asset procurement and vendor management.
7 years or more of experience in an Infrastructure leadership supporting a health system. CompTIA A+, MCP, ACMT, ITIL certification.
