The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility, which includes but is not limited to recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general new employee orientations, maintaining all paper personnel records and files, communicating employee benefit information, responding to requests for employee information from various sources, tracking information for reporting requirements, administering the workers' compensation program, maintaining the Human Resources database, organizing the annual required training program, ensuring that the Human Resources function is conducted in a legally-compliant manner.
