Coorindate directly with Sr. Director of Facilities, Director of Engineering, Life Safety Director on current and proposed projects.
Oversees a team that: develops move plans with space assignments, occupancy plan, cabling requirements, IT requirements and contruction requirements along with maintaining an accurate inventory of stored furniture components. Oversee layout, design, and space plan of facilities in relation to the move plans. Implement space strategies within designs that promote informal social interactions, creative thinking, collaborative and focused work. Utilize shared space and technology to maximize efficiency of existing space. (Could be a goal for some groups but probably not realistic for every program/department).
Coach team and individual performance to maximize motivation and engagement. Optimize team assignments to align with individual strengths and growth opportunities. Manage department expense and capital budgets
