The Director of ERP and Information Technology will provide both tactical and strategic leadership to the Information Technology team including managing 3rd party vendors and consultants. This is inclusive of providing high level, technical support, oversite and participation as needed in application programming, developing interfaces, integrating and implementing bolt-on solutions to ERP system(JDE World) to support Supply Chain solutions and Technologies for ongoing improvement projects at the Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for Disaster Recovery Planning and Business Continuity Process for ERP/Wintel platforms and related technologies to ensure ERP/MRP/Supply Chain and general business systems are running smoothly without any interruptions ensuring high availability and service levels.

Additionally this person will be responsible for EDI and other electronic transactions for the Companies business entities and system to system interfaces with business partner IT systems. In addition, this person will be responsible to constantly evaluate and implement suitable technologies related to Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business functions to support ERP environment.

This role of Director of ERP and Information Technology, this person will also lead the efforts to partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations and act as the lead business partner to all Company departments.

Job Details:

1. Manage and Lead ERP and Technical Specialists Teams

• Sets annual objectives and Development objectives

• Creates annual team member development/learning paths

• Conducts annual performance reviews

• Approves and review PTO requests

2. Budgets/Planning

• Works with finance to create annual budget for capex and opex expenditures

• Acts as primary PM for all IT projects to ensure budget compliance

• Prepares 5-year plan

3. Manage ERP/Wintel lT Technology platforms including IBM iSeries

• Work closely with outsourced partners to ensure ERP and Wintel technology platforms for high availability and ensure DRP/BCP compliance rules

• Responsible for periodical DRP Tests and BCP validation tests

• Responsible for upgrading and maintaining JDE/Wintel platforms at acceptable release and version levels

• Lead the efforts to Design, Develop Interface Modules for other Enterprise Applications and WMS Technologies to integrate with ERP platform

• Endures all IT and ERP business process are documented at the appropriate level of detail and are kept up to date

• Implements change control and governance practices and procedures

4. Acts as primary Business Partner and Functional/Technology consultant to Company

• Acts as expert consultant in the areas of advanced warehouse management techniques including automated pick systems, Lot Tracking, EDI enabled ASN process automation, Supply Chain Integration features including availability schedules integration with manufacturing locations in India, China, United States and Mexico.

• Partners with VP Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure our distribution centers and

manufacturing facilities operate in a highly efficient, modern, and technology enabled

environment

5. Provides regular reports to executive team on the performance of ERP technical projects and Wintel

projects.

• Summary of IT budget to actuals as requested by CFO

Qualifications

• Position Requirements:

• Able to work effectively with all levels of end users including VPs/Directors/Managers and

warehouse/manufacturing employees

• Must be able to break down complicated tasks into simplified procedures for system users

• Must constantly shift priorities to meet multiple demands

• Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills

• Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills, good organizational and project

management skills; sound judgment; initiative; flexibility; detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Background Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology

• 15 Years of total experience

• 5 years of hands-on EDI technical experience including mapping, processing, troubleshooting

• EDI transactions in an AS/400 or managed services environment

• 10 years of strong ERP/Distribution/Supply Chain experience with advanced systems such JDE

• World or higher platforms

• At least 10 years or more hands-on experience with IBM iSeries/ASs-400 platform with CL programming, RPG-ILE Programming, and Cobol

• At least 5 years of Experience with managed services providers for IBM – AS/400, Wintel,

• Network and Telephonic systems and ability set SLAs related to High Availability

• At least 5 years of JD Edwards systems experience in a manufacturing/WMS/Distribution environment

• Experience with multi-national companies with global supply chain and logistics operations including 3PL experience
