  • A BA or additional relevant experience in a related field (MBA strongly preferred)
  • A minimum of 10 years of IT channelexperience; As a service experiencepreferred.
  • 8+ years of progressively responsibleexperience in sales, alliances, business development and marketing with strong leadership experience
  • 8+ years of first and second level management experience driving true P&L cost centers 
  • 5+ years of cloud computing/As a service experiencepreferred
  • 5+ years in management position and proven ability to manage successful across various cultures, time zones, etc.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic growth business plan
  • Experience in go to market execution supporting SaaS solutions/companies
  • Understanding of channelbusiness models including value added resellers, managed service providers, telecom, hosters, system integrators, and ISV’s
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Experience working with cross functional roles such as product management, customer support, and service delivery
  • Extensive experience in developing customer/partner and vendor relationships
  • Exceptional skills in building and inspiring innovative and agile teams of leaders
  • Proven skills to manage large business in matrixed organizations
  • Problem solving skills, conceptual and analytical skills with a proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Excellent oral, written, listening and formal presentation skills including ability to communicate and sell ideas
  • An ability to influence across large organizations at multiple levels
  • Executive presence
  • Demonstrated initiative to work independently and with teams interchangeably.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
