Inspect items manufactured or procured for use as a contracted end item, demonstrating compliance to specifications and quality workmanship, as well as confirming appropriate documentation.
*** Select Gauges according to applicable tolerances, resolution, capability, etc.
*** Perform gauge setups according to production schedules and demand.
*** Conduct gauge inspections and calibrations for Mechanical Comparators, Micrometers, calipers, Dial Indicators, Linear Scales, Thread Plugs, Progressive Ring, Flush Pin, Radius Gauge, Small-hole gauges, Spring Calipers, Surface Plate Equipment, Height gauges, V-blocks, Protractors, Sine Bars, Angle Blocks, Profilometers, Fingernail Comparators, Micro Height Gauges, etc.
*** Identify and correct out-of-calibration instruments.
*** Maintain integrity of gauge equipment.
*** Generate such as Non-conformance and InspectionReports.
