Diligence and Integration Project Analyst

Accountabilities / Responsibilities
We are seeking a Diligence and Integration Project Analyst who will be fully dedicated to SCA's investment, merger and de novo project efforts. The Diligence and Integration Project Analyst will work closely with new partnerships, SCA?s development and operational leadership teams and internal support services departments. This role is fully accountable to deliver a differentiated onboardingexperience to facilities emphasizing minimal disruptions while balancing the optimization of SCA resources. The teammate, once on boarded, is expected to work with minimal oversight.
This position is responsible to support diligence and integration teammates in the simutaneous management of multiple projects with varying size and complexity. Project types include acquisiton investments of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and Surgical Hospitals, entirely new ASC or Surgical Hospital development (de novo), mergers of one or more existing surgery facilities and other types of investement or divestiture projects. The role will include support of the entire project life cycle, from the planning stages before a deal is signed to the complete execution of the workplan.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, project management or related field.
- Prior experience in healthcare or related field
- 1-2years hands on project management experiencerequired
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
- Ability to travel50-75%
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and intellectual capabilities and a bias for making decisions based on data
