If you are an experience FM, PMO with a strength in technology, deployment and change. We have your next opportunity! Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital iFM Implementation for Corporate Services. This role is virtual with some travel required.



Key player in defining the Value Proposition of the digital iFM platform in Corporate Services, North America

Responsible for the adoption and roll out of the digital iFM platform in NORAM
Responsible for the engagement of the Region Stakeholders for the successful implementation of the digital iFM Platform.
Responsible for the client/customer liaison re value proposition and delivery to jointly agreed expectations

The responsibilities include:



1. Key coordination point for all needed new and existing activities around digital iFM platform (link with Marketing, Operations, BD, SO Platforms, SO IS&T in the region).

2. Coordination and launch of digital iFM offer to clients.

3. Ensure the adoption and usage of the offer by Sodexo staff on-sites and also the clients and the consumers.

4. Drive successful take-up and deployment of iFM platform across your Region: new customers onboarding, T+6-month customer satisfaction, region sales readiness

5. Generate net new revenue for Sodexo thru the iFM platform launch in your Region


The preferred qualifications include:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Facilities, IS&T, Start-Up)
Change Management certification (ex: PROSCI, CCMP, CMS…)
Fluent English; Spanish and French fluency a plus



To be successful you will have had experience in:

Minimum 10 years of professional management and/or applicable leadership experience in the facility management space (marketing, business development or operations).
Experience with setting-up and launch new offers within a commercial network.
Project management & change management experience ideally acquired through experiences within large IT projects within a Consulting firm and in people-based organizations
Demonstrated capacity to create new offers and deploy.
Passion for technology with an excellent understanding of its implications on business processes and people (change management).
