Responsible for supporting Digital Strategy department with day-to-day operations and initiatives for any/all channels including websites, portals, omni-channel communications and other digital assets. Act as lead/ subject-matter expert on specific channels/ digital assets as assigned.
- Responsible for monitoring digital asset(s) daily health, analytics, and interface and integration points as well as inquiries from end-users. Keep management and team members informed about system health, activities and technical issues.
