You will be responsible for establishing digital media KPI’s across channels and work relentlessly to meet those goals by driving optimization strategies. As a multi-channel digital media native, you understand how to allocate media budgets to deliver the biggest bang for the buck. You live and breathe data, analytics and are unafraid to push the envelope. You thrive in an environment with multiple priorities that require quick thinking, flexibility, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level business strategies into paid media tactics across all digital channels including SEM, Social, and Display.
  • Support the evolution of our paid media strategy to a conversion-based performance marketing approach.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact with paid media agency to ensure deliverables are met and objectives are on track.
  • Provide input and clarity to media agency briefs.
  • Establish KPI’s and media dashboards to be shared with internal and global stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for media optimization and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Partner to develop DMP and utilization of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data.
  • Identify new and emerging digital media platforms for test and learn opportunities.


  • 6-8+ years in brand or agency digital media management
  • A strong hands-on background in Paid Search, Social
  • Bachelor’s degree level in a business or communications related subject
  • Experience with Google Analytics, or other similar web analytic platforms.
  • Proficiency in a variety of digital marketing tools and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Understanding of how paid advertising, content marketing, PR, e-mail marketing and social media interact and bolster the overarching brand initiatives and goals
  • Deep understanding of the power of data and how to harness it for accessible insights
  • Prior experience with activating media campaigns utilizing a DMP.
  • Bachelor’s degree level in a business or communications related subject
  • Strongly results oriented with demonstrable track record of success
