The digital strategist develops and implements internal and external digital strategies to optimize the online user experience, increase communications effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction. Gathers and translates ideas into digital presences. Drives consistent, cohesive strategies and user journeys. Creates and executes on a vision for providing world-class digital experiences, customized for audience needs. Conducts analysis for program effectiveness and uses the findings for enhancements and to leverage optimization of all programs.
Additionally, where digital presences require IT support, this role will actively engage with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to product requirements. Empowers the Delivery Team to determine workload for each project. Provides clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements. Is responsible for engaging with key stakeholders within and outside the organization, working across content teams, design teams, IT and across the business to build user-centric experiences that meet company objectives and maintain the integrity of the overall platform.
The role works across all our digital properties, including all the Circuit pages and experiences we owned, an increasing number of .com and external micro-sites, and new channels as they are implemented.

- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Arts or related.
