Job Summary

In alignment with the overall Digital Channels strategy and guiding principles, this role will support the Service Delivery Digital Solutions Manager in executing the online and mobilebanking release roadmap, working to ensure a seamless customer experience that drives adoption and engagement.

  • Digital channels lead for online and mobilebanking releases; defining project requirements by leveraging customer data to ensure project objectives are met with high quality execution
  • Partners with hosted solution vendor to review and prioritize online and mobilebanking release calendar
  • Partners with IT on the implementation of online and mobile functionality when additional integration with other bank solutions is required
  • Partners with Business Analysts and Quality Assurance to write and execute test cases for online and mobilebanking releases
  • Partners with key individuals across Marketing, Corporate Communications, Learning and Development, SOP, Legal and Compliance to develop release specific internal and external communications, training and adoption campaigns
  • Manages online and mobilebanking release calendar; identifies risks and developments, recommends solutions as appropriate and provides management status updates

Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

Job Accountabilities

  • Partners with the Digital Channel team and Hosted solution vendor in executing the online and mobilebanking release roadmap.
  • Implements and tests solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
    Effectively collaborates with key internal partners within Retail, Operations/IT, Legal/compliance and Marketing to meet Digital Channel goals.
  • Focuses on digital research & development and reports on key industry trends.
  • Stay abreast of technology enhancements and determine at what stage implementation should be considered.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business, Marketing or related field., Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field. , Preferred

Experience

  • 4-7 years Experience in eCommerce, website/channel management, sales management, and/or digital marketing, Required
  • 7-10 years Financial Services; Digital Reporting and Analysis, Preferred
