I. Job Summary
This role will oversee the Residential Line of Business and is responsible for development and management of organic and paid strategies that will elevate WM's online visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales/revenue. The Manager will plan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email, programmatic display and paid social. Also responsible to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). The Manager evaluates end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and identifies market opportunities and integrates competitive intelligence into marketing planning. Will also partner with analytics teams to analyze web performance, drive optimization of the customer journey, increase conversions and optimize spend based on the insights.
