Define success metrics for Digital Rewards elements based on vendor and internal goals and complete post-mortem analysis based on customer activity. Provide data and recommendations on what content is executed in reward programs based on anticipated customer engagement.



  • Define success metrics for 7R elements including Sweeps, Coupons, Bonus Point Offers, and Menu Redemptions

  • Provide top-level data on elements to ensure appropriate content for rewards elements (take rate, FOD concerns, PSD U)

  • Report on Sweepstakes effectiveness based on Success Definition & make recommendations as necessary

  • Basket Analysis by element type & single element (independent analysis, and category impact)

  • Customer engagement based on data insights – recommend necessary changes and timing (menu, ongoing elements)



  • 3-4 years of data analytics, and digital product management

  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity. Passion for solving problems for customers through compelling digitalexperiences.

  • Experience gaining insights from raw data and creating digestable 1-pagers for senior management for decision making.

  • Ability to identify and communicate new opportunities based on data without instruction based on customer engagement and data insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong experience in use of MS Office products - specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Power Point.
