Define success metrics for Digital Rewards elements based on vendor and internal goals and complete post-mortem analysis based on customer activity. Provide data and recommendations on what content is executed in reward programs based on anticipated customer engagement.
Define success metrics for 7R elements including Sweeps, Coupons, Bonus Point Offers, and Menu Redemptions
Provide top-level data on elements to ensure appropriate content for rewards elements (take rate, FOD concerns, PSD U)
Report on Sweepstakes effectiveness based on Success Definition & make recommendations as necessary
Basket Analysis by element type & single element (independent analysis, and category impact)
Customer engagement based on data insights – recommend necessary changes and timing (menu, ongoing elements)
3-4 years of data analytics, and digital product management
Deep customer empathy and curiosity. Passion for solving problems for customers through compelling digitalexperiences.
Experience gaining insights from raw data and creating digestable 1-pagers for senior management for decision making.
Ability to identify and communicate new opportunities based on data without instruction based on customer engagement and data insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong experience in use of MS Office products - specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Power Point.
