Searching for a dynamic professional whose primary function is to develop and implement a comprehensive and consistent media strategy used for marketing and sales initiatives for the brand. Researches, plans, organizes all media channels in order to reach the organization’s goals and objectives.

Position is within the Latin America region based in Miami.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1 - SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Content creation and execution for all local SM platforms (IG + FB)
  • Develop social media strategy for the LATAM region
  • Work closely with PR team to ensure optimal engagement with online communities, blogs, etc. to generate exposure, publicity and traffic
  • Define and track performance of campaign testing and live campaigns
  • Be aligned and informed of the latest social media developments, online behavior and trends, as well as competitive actions
  • Research and source creative opportunities within the exciting IWC framework (existing sponsorships, events, influencer relationships, etc.), as well as looking beyond the norm to find new opportunities and ideas
  • Develop Social media event content for local and international events (SIHH/F1 etc.)
  • Develop SM strategy for key retailer accounts and create respective assets
  • Create monthly report for headquarters

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY 2 - DIGITAL & TRADITIONAL MEDIA

    Digital Advertising

  • Strategize & coordinate the annual digital media plan (from initial brief to validation and execution by media agency). Understand and reflect local market specificities & level of maturity throughout media plan process
  • Make subsequent plan revisions for marketing programs and new initiatives. Constantly maintain and monitor position performance, quality in special executions and advertorials, key title partnership for improved and optimum SOV performance
  • Ensure digital media plans are updated by agency on a monthly basis to ensure consistency with HQ / regional
  • Contribute to the yearly strategic plan by integrating all media and digital needs strategy of the region

    Email Marketing

  • Alignment with headquarters on Spanish and Portuguese newsletter (proof reading)
  • Increase data base by at least 20%/year
  • Track performance and prepare analytics report

    Traditional Advertising (Print & OOH)

  • Elaborate traditional advertising plans including OOH. Understand and reflect local market specificities & level of maturity throughout media plan process
  • Ensure top positions in relevant key media and premium OOH outlets

    Coop media (off & online)

  • Define Coop media packages for Mexico retailers in CDMX
  • Define Coop print for selected retailers and ensure top positions only
  • Elaborate and track performance of email marketing campaigns for key retailers
  • Elaborate and implement coop digital campaigns (track performance / KPI create leads) and paid social media campaigns
  • Monitor online campaigns and include in monthly digital report

    E-commerce Palacio de Hierro & other retailers

  • Manage and monitor IWC microsite on Palacio.com
  • Maintain products updated at all time
  • Monthly sell-out check with sales team

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY 3 - BUDGET

  • Responsible for all Media Advertising budget: accounting processing / follow up and monthly reporting (Track media budgets and maintaining accurate spending forecasts; Consolidation of the digital media budget per product/campaign split)
  • Create accruals at the end of fiscal year

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY 4 - OTHER TASKS

    Marketing support

  • Support with digital plan for events and work together with PR & Media coordinator to align influencer strategy and support of tactical PR stunts, including SIHH annual support
  • Actively participate in the development of the regional digital marketing strategy and the redaction of the marketing plan for the annual Business Strat Plan
  • Creation of monthly digital report showing performance of all running digital campaigns (analytics)

    Retailers websites & iwc.com

  • Retailers updates on iwc.com
  • Update retailers website once a year with novelties and ensure prominent presence of IWC on their website
  • Create microsite where possible to implement

    Media culture

  • Monitor regionally the media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities and emerging issues
  • Performance analysis
  • Analyze results of media efforts and develop measures of success
  • Ensure monthly reporting on SOV and compare vs editorial efforts including ranking vs competitors
  • Benchmark the ROI on paid advertising vs the editorial support market by market to provide data to the Marketing & Communication Director

PROFILE

Education

  • Bachelor degree in Digital, Marketing or related field

    Required experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position and in an office work environment
  • Experience in the luxury or fashion industry preferred.

Technical skills / abilities

  • Facebook and Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint advance level proficiency required, Good knowledge of other digital measurement tools required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Portuguese and/or French a plus.
