Agency is looking for a passionate, highly driven and intellectually curious media manager to join our dynamic and growing agency. TheMedia Manager’s objective will be tosupport the media team on multiple, simultaneous media buys between clients and publishers, primarily focused ondigital media, but with a good understanding of how non-digital media is planned and bought. This position requires highly developed time management, multi-tasking, and organizations skills and must demonstrate an ability to communicate concise feedback professionally between online publishers and clients.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for developing, implementing and supporting client campaigns with online publishers
    • Conceptualize client campaigns in order to create clear publisher briefs
    • Strategize and create proposed publisher lists for campaignRFP’s
    • Formulate media plan, strategy, and campaign concepts based on publisher proposals and client feedback
    • Collaborate with Media Managers and Directors to develop and ensure a cohesive full funnel digital marketing strategy for the client to reach monthly and yearly growth goals
    • Develop and plan KPI’s for campaign success
    • Gather, organize, and translate data from publisher reporting/digital platforms to deliver campaignreports/wrap-ups
    • Develop campaign learnings and actionable insights from larger data sets
    • Translate complex digital concepts into understandable means for internal/client stakeholders
    • Manage campaign delivery and performance with publisher partners to ensure full delivery, necessary campaign optimizations in place, and goals/benchmarks are met
    • Develop testing strategies to increase/improve campaign performance
    • Manage conversion/audience pixel process between different agencies to ensure full digitalcampaign tracking
    • Continually seek out and evaluate new digital media opportunities/partners to drive campaign/client growth
    • Take ownership of assigned tasks
    • Other duties and special projects may be assigned as well depending on departmental needs, which are subject to change

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    • 4+ years of experience in digital media
    • Understanding of programmatic landscape (DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, Ad Networks, Viewability, RTB, etc.)
    • Understanding of ad trafficking/tracking process and platforms
    • Understanding of the uses and benefits of various digital media channels (Display, Video, Mobile, SEM, Social, Email, etc.)
    • Passionate about media planning and buying across digital media
    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
    • Show the ability to articulate clearly and effectively both in writing and in person
    • Able to build and maintain professional relationships with media partners/publishers
    • Eager to learn, grow and expand knowledge of the industry and personal development
    • A team player that is self-motivated
    • Highly organized, very detailed-oriented, able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
    • Demonstrate resourcefulness to solve problems
    • Shows enthusiasm, commitment, creativity, and a positive attitude
