Website Maintenance and Enhancements

  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and digital marketing strategies as they evolve and strive to apply best practices
  • Assist with the on-page optimization and improvement of all Drupal sites
  • Analyze performance reporting to identify optimization opportunities
  • Perform regular website updates ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Work closely with the digital marketing manager to evaluate and advocate future enhancements of the core CMS functionalities
  • Gather requirements from key stakeholders and creates functional and business requirements for all website enhancement/implementations
  • Perform quality assurance duties for all website development
  • Support Digital Marketing Manager in managing internal/external developers on technical challenges and new functionality for digital platforms

Search Engine Optimization

  • Perform in-depth campaign reviews developing recommendations for growth and improvement
  • Perform keyword research to identify new SEO opportunities
  • Routinely review and maintain SEO targeted keywords and page groups
  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices, search engine advertising policies, search engine algorithm updates, and industry wide ecommerce trends

Email Marketing

  • Create new email campaign templates for mobile devices
  • Provide expert advice on design, content, and campaign strategy (e.g. A/B multivariate testing)
  • Facilitate subject matter expert and Compliance approval of every message before sending
  • Ensure all emails and phone numbers are accurate, complete, and approved for use
  • Effectively segment customers to ensure they only receive the appropriate messages through the proper channel(s)
  • Identify and track data that is important to key stakeholders
  • Analyze and report on message/campaign efficacy (e.g. customer behavior)
  • Identify and proactively share potential opportunities for improvement


  • Collect web data and statistics and make recommendations to improve website and reduce return rates
  • Analyze data and provide weekly and monthly reports to management
  • Administer and maintain web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SQL and Tableau
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned


  • Web tools expertise, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Marketing Automation experience primarily Eloqua
  • Design tools expertise, including Adobe products (e.g. Photoshop) or Axure
  • Analytics and maintenance tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Visio, Power Point)
  • Passion for learning (learning agile)
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational/analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be able to create technical requirements and processes
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, UX, Social Media, and Web Analytics. Experience in these areas preferred
  • Knowledge of affiliate and email marketing
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
  • Creative, resourceful and innovative
  • Ability to multi-task and react quickly to market changes
  • Proven ability to both follow instructions and work autonomously

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 6+ years of digital marketing
  • Proven experience designing and launching effective electronic communications (be prepared to provide actual examples)
  • Experience building email and text campaigns
  • Experience using content management systems (e.g. Drupal)
  • Experience measuring and reporting on campaign efficacy and website usage
  • Proficient with HTML, CSS, Javascript and web content management systems (Drupal and Word Press preferred)
  • Web design/development experience would be a plus
  • Experience creating monthly website metrics and preparing reports to executive level audience
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well in teams
