Essential functions include:

  • Maintain and guide the ongoing technical development of our websites and identify gaps to guide the continued development of content to support the digital strategy of the business to keep us ahead of our competitors.
  • Use data and best practices to make recommendations for business stakeholders to optimize the digital customer journey across digital marketing channels.
  • Propose, develop and execute digital marketing best practices that are aligned with business objectives, increase performance, drive traffic and generate conversions using SEO, and develop tracking systems to measure the success.
  • Develop landing pages, web forms, and perform integrations between front end pages and forms in systems such as CRM.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of a customer base and competitors, including basic market position, strategies, buying habits, strengths and weaknesses related to their digital journey.
  • Work within the greater Saint-Gobain network to benchmark the activities of other businesses and bring the best ideas into Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics.
  • Train business leadership teams and marketing professionals on managing social media channels.
  • Regulate and manage access rights of different users on websites and other digital tools.
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects on time within scope and budget.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is required. 10+ years' of technical experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • 5+ years' of progressive digital/online strategy experience (digital agency experience preferred), experience working with B2B campaigns across multiple digital platforms is required.
  • 3+ years' experience in an analytical role (website optimization and testing) is preferred.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, display media, marketing automation and other internet technologies.
  • Experience with a web analytics platform such as Google Analytics, MOZ, Webmaster Tools or Authoritas.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with webs standards.
  • Experience creating and executing content and social media strategy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication capacity, communication and presentation skills; poised, confident and articulate.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently.
