Job Summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (Dx) is seeking a Digital Marketing Operations Senior Analyst to join our growing Digital team and assist on our journey into a new digital age. We are continually implementing new marketing technologies and processes to foster improved customer experience, operational efficiency and business growth. In this role you will manage and execute against established digital channel processes, identify and document system or process enhancements that help streamline and improve daily digital operations.

Successful candidates should demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to build rapport with team members, managers, and senior leaders across the organization. The individual in this role must be able to deftly apply skills and methodology to manage projects and project teams, proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate.

The Digital Ops Specialist will have a solid knowledge of digital marketing principles coupled with a technical mindset, displaying the ability to manage projects within either area of focus. The role will have primary accountability for project work and will require a proactive personality who must be flexible, detail-oriented, be open to receiving and applying feedback from multiple stakeholders, and able to work under tight deadlines.



    • Deliver web content related projects to launch and enhance systems, schedules, deliverables while establishing clear communication among team members and company stakeholders

    • Support the creation and maintenance of project plans related to technology delivery

    • Manage and analyze various digitalchannel processes, identify, document and implement changes for improvement

    • Serve as a business lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for pilots and new releases

    • Perform research and provide guidance in selecting new marketingtechnologies and applications

  • Manage vendor relationships, where applicable

Key Skills/Competencies

    • Must possess understanding of project management fundamentals

    • Demonstrable experience of content management (CMS), digitalasset management (DAM) and marketing automation platforms is essential

    • Experience using SCRUM/Agile methodologies  

    • Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment is crucial

    • Innovation, creativity and an outside-the-box mindset are all keys to success for the selected candidate as they work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and delve into the real business needs of the business partner

    • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and trust with team members and key stakeholders

    • Team player not afraid to take on a challenge, complex problems, or learn new topics or logic

    • Data-driven with a proven ability to set goals that produce quantifiable results

  • Exceptional oral and written presentation and communication skills


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in digitalmarketing, IT business analysis or related area
