The Pure Gear Digital Marketing Manager plans and executes all digital marketing strategy with an allocated budget in a timely manner. This role works in conjunction with the team’s business partners to create and translate marketing objectives into digital tactics, and is responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing to help brand awareness, product exposure, Ecommerce sales leads, engagement, conversion, and retention.

-Execute and manage overall digital marketing strategy with allocated budget
-Work closely with Director of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager and other cross- functional teams to plan digital campaign calendar, including, but not limited to, SEO, SEM, social media, creative writing, email marketing, PR, product marketing, channel marketing
-Work closely with brand marketing to assure consistency in brand messaging and product management to tailor digital marketing, product marketing, and PR strategy to align with development roadmap
-Develop and manage calendar for all digital marketing campaigns and operations
-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s)
-Optimize B2C (and occasionally B2B) user experience with fresh, innovative campaign ideas
-Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Legal and Regulatory Affairs to launch and support product specific campaigns
-Remain up to date with current Ecommerce, digital, and technological trends and propose new ideas accordingly
-Assist with other online projects as needed

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
-Four+ years working experience in B2C digital marketing – SEO, SEM, digital media planning & buying, email marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, CPG product marketing, channel marketing
-Four+ years writing and copy editing for digital marketing programs, preferred with SEO experience
-Two to four years with recent experience using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, email marketing tool, SEO tool, media planning programs, and some marketing automation programs
-Experience with site maps, wire frames, mockups/comps, canonical, data structure
-Experience with content management systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML
-Four+ years working experience tracking marketing budget and spending.
-Two+ years MS Office and Visio experience
-Ability to work well under minimal supervision
-Outstanding interpersonal skills
-Capacity to take direction and give direction
-Strong attention to details
-Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external business partners
-Must have a strong work ethic and be self-disciplined with a strong desire to succeed
-Excellent verbal and organizational skills are required
-Must be adaptable and eager to learn
Travel expected to be less than 10% annually.
