Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain digital marketing campaigns
  • Maintain our performance and engagement digital marketing efforts as we continue to scale growth, expand channel mix, and drive value by building brand loyalty and awareness
  • Drive business growth and overall revenue through media channels and advertising spend
  • Work with team to report and analyze campaign performance, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; develop insights and make recommendations for action and opportunities
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and identify efforts for improving engagement, acquisition, and/or retention
  • Maintain and evolve a testing framework to expand our volume & pace of learning across the business
  • Participation in discussions with team members to understand the goals of business partners and provide insights and analysis on strategies to address those goals


  • 5+ years digital marketing experience heavily focused on customer acquisition in a fast growth environment and at scale
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing test and control programs launched at scale, both upper funnel and lower funnel channels
  • Proven experience with Database, Email, and Interactive Marketing
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint and business intelligence tools
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to evaluate results and provide insights to the digital marketing team
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
