The role will focus on creating, developing plans and flawless execution of targeted and personalized experiences on the site. To be effective, this position requires an individual who can leverage technology, data and content to deliver results. This role will work within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to gain customer insights and drive results. To be successful, this individual will partner with various teams within Verizon Wireless and digital operations to identify own and run opportunities that widen our position in the marketplace.


  • Own the strategy for data driven personalization tests and campaigns
  • Manage and develop personalization specifications and requirements
  • Own and strategize the roadmap for digital prioritization of campaigns
  • Guide a cross discipline execution team across the organization throughout the implementation phase
  • Review results to determine next steps: further testing or an adoption recommendation with impact projection
  • Coordinate and collaborate with SMEs in experience performance strategy and planning, optimization, personalization and merchandising to ensure the teams collectively deliver ONE premium customer experience across business initiatives and execution projects.
  • Act as end-user advocate and ensure balanced decisions are made
  • Maintain knowledge of technical capabilities to leverage tools
  • Meet measurable goals: velocity and on time delivery of projects and strategy deliverables.
  • Project plan, health and progress reporting.
  • Identify initiative roadblocks and escalate as needed.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of digital work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Willingness to travel.

Even better if you have:

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience in online, digital, eCommerce.
  • Experienced in personalization, optimization, and merchandising.
  • Experience with Segmentation and data driven Audiences.
  • Experience with partner organizations collaboration, relationship management.
  • Experience with Adobe Target or another personalization tool.
  • Experience with Adobe Target or another A/B or automated-testing tool.
