The Communications & Digital Manager is responsible for managing the firm’s public relations plan.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directs public relations efforts, including relationship management for two PR firms, article submissions, press releases, and media relations tasks
  • Develops comprehensive digitalmarketing plans tied into the overall strategy of the firm
  • Creates/edits content for collateral, including digital content (website copy and social media outlets), brochures, newsletters, e-mail campaigns, press releases, advertising
  • Lead project to revamp website content
  • Develops and facilitates all internal marketing communications
  • Contributes to the messaging around branding campaigns and helps to execute tactical aspects of these campaigns
  • Updates web site content and collaborates with graphic designer to enhance brand image and visual identity
  • Development and management of all social media postings and campaigns

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 4-6years experience in a similar role, preferably in the corporate communications / professional services industry
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong knowledge of AP Style
  • Understanding of SEO best practices
  • Experience with electronic communications, list development, and databases
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications required
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn; Facebook; Twitter; Slide Share; YouTube; etc.)
  • Knowledge of Marketo, HubSpot or similar programs preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM and email marketing systems preferred
  • Bachelor’s degreerequired
  • Ability to travel to other office locations when required (less than 10%)
