We have an opening within our newly expanded Marketing team for a Digital Specialist. This position may work remotely from our Corporate Headquarters based in Elkhart, Indiana and reports to the Director of Communication. The Digital Specialist role is a new position to facilitate the company’s digital content management and lead generation efforts via our website and email.
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing Conn-Selmer's multi-faceted digital marketing emails and web-based activities. This includes, but is not limited to, segmented email campaigns, digital lead generation initiatives, social-media management, web-site management, digital analysis, and on-going support for our dealer partner network. The Digital Marketing Manager is also accountable for evaluating a competitive digital landscape and recommending new opportunities for growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple audience groups, with an emphasis on cross-channel integration
- Implement and understand the company's "voice" and adapt digital strategies to continuously improve campaign performance
- Leverage data to incorporate personalization and dynamic content that drives both response and consumer behavior
- Responsible for reporting suite for digital marketing programs
- Coordination of master communication calendar
- Update digital content on the website and manage enhancements to improve reliability, user experience (UX), and platform performance
- Plan and run targeted campaigns for lead generation and contribute to critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, computer science, digital marketing, analytics, or related information field; 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, content management, or related digital marketing
- Superior proofreading skills, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must have thorough understanding of web and digital media technologies
- Ability to be an analytical thinker with excellent attention to details
- Self-motivated and able to drive collaborative success with limited guidance
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to identify and remove obstacles and adjust workload to accommodate changing business needs
- Self-motivated, energetic, passion, and integrity with ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to build consensus
Essential Functions:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to remain in a sedentary position for extended lengths of time
- Ability to travel 10% - 15% independently
