Job DescriptionAramark Marketing:The marketing team at Aramark is charged with building a strong brand and driving profitable growth. Through repeatable business models that leverage insights and innovation, Aramark marketers help build base business, new business, and client retention through concepts, programs, products and practices that engage consumers "at the moment of truth" - where we serve over 2 billion meals each year at workplaces, schools, colleges & universities, hospitals, sports & entertainment venues and other locations around the country and the world.
Position ObjectiveWe are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who will lead the overall development and rollout of our customer acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts. This role will be collaborating across multiple lines of business, cross-functional teams, and our agency. You will lead all teams through planning and conceptualization, along with all key product stages leading to execution and launch. The manager will also assist in web content updates and website enhancements.
This position requires someone to have experience leading major enterprise projects as well as expertise in campaign management, engagement marketing and digital. The person in this role should be comfortable in organizing multiple workstreams while keeping a keen eye towards the final product which will showcase innovation and an effective consumer experience.
Job ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities include:
- Oversee Aramark's consumer acquisition, retention, and engagement pilots.
- Consult with key stakeholders to determine program features, technology and data needs, and design and translate those into functional requirements.
- Engage and work closely with creative teams to deliver on program assets and website updates.
- Establish campaign calendar and assist with creative asset development and execution.
- Work with field marketing on program execution.
- Manage and execute on content and initiatives for the corporate website.
- Analyze campaign results and recommend changes to strategy and execution.
Reporting RelationshipsThis position will report to the Director Digital Marketing within the Corporate Marketing team and work in matrix with other marketing team members as well as other LOBs.
QualificationsExperience and Personal AttributesThe ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing with focus on digital marketing, CRM, and loyalty/retention.
- Extensive digital marketing experience including campaign management and execution.
- Experience with loyalty and engagement marketing.
- Comfortable navigating new marketing technology platforms
- Ability to analyze data and analytics and recommend strategy and tactics to improve results.
- Comfortable collaborating across multiple stakeholders while ensuring deadlines are met in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Experience with digital creative asset development and understanding of channel effectiveness.
- Excellent communicator with an ability to translate requirements and ideation into specific project action items.
- Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills with thorough attention to detail
- Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong time management and project skills.
- Familiarity with website content management systems, AEM preferred.
