To support and accelerate our growth, we are hiring a Digital Marketing Lead. As the founding member of Notable’s digital marketing team, this person will define and execute our end-to-end demand generation strategy, including paid advertising, SEO optimization, email marketing, and marketing operations.
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced digital marketer who can define a strategic vision for exponential pipeline growth, drive rapid execution of supporting tactics, and iterate relentlessly based on data. We’re looking for somebody who can not only be a rockstar but who can bring the whole band together, driving cross-functional campaign execution across marketing and sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid lead generation across search, social, webinars, content syndication, events, and other channels.
- Partner with sales to drive execution of integrated campaigns.
- Define and lead implementation of Notable’s marketing tech stack.
- Build and optimize lead maturation email cadences and workflows.
- Collaborate with sales to refine processes for lead scoring, routing and follow-up.
- Build and iterate on processes for opportunity attribution, and leverage attribution insights to inform recommendations for new marketing programs and content
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across marketing operations, marketing analytics, and/or demand generation, with 3+ years supporting a B2B go-to-market motion.
- Track record of successfully executing paid demand generation campaigns. Direct experience running ABM campaigns and working with an ABM platform is preferred but not required.
- Robust experience working with marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot and Salesforce preferred, but not required).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize and communicate insights from large, complex data sets.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing stakeholders.
