  • Ability to be a hands on leader capable of leading projects from inception through to completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills while engendering client confidence and trust with executives at all levels. 
  • Deliver and/or lead projects in key offerings such as:
    • Digital Transformation / Digital Strategy
    • ERP Selection / Strategy
    • IT Cost Rationalization
    • Next Generation Program Management Office (Project Rescue, Portfolio Management, Agile / Scalable Architecture)
    • Analytics Architecture and Strategy including Data Strategy
    • Cyber Strategy.
  • Assert confidence while implementing projects in an Agile-derived environment.
  • Skillfully manage resources and time to manage a large group or program across many projects and cities.
  • Effectively plan for and proactively mitigate risks on projects and work streams.
  • Lead the client through the change management cycle and be able to define, communicate and motivate the change.
  • Show a proven ability to enhance operations through process improvement/redesign and utilizing technology to help reduce workload demands.
  • Demonstrate your experience with organizational design, functional requirements/responsibilities and key process flows across a variety of front and back office functions.
  • Ability to assist with the creation of Shared Services organizations and establishment of Centers of Excellence.
  • Possess an understanding of IT Outsourcing including the vendor landscape, economic analysis, delivery improvement opportunities, transition planning and contract negotiations.
  • Demonstrate a familiarity with key product and service providers in the infrastructure, network and software markets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • This position is an advanced role and a Bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates with advanced degrees (MBA/MS/MA/ME, Ph.D.) in technical concentrations are preferred.
  • At least fifteen (15) years of applicable professional and consulting experience.
  • Experienced CIO’s, CTO’s, and large-scale PMO practitioners are preferred.
  • Experience in information technology and/or operational management consulting with focus on clients in the Retail, Financial Services or Technology industries.
  • Experience and ability to lead small projects and multiple work streams of larger projects.
  • Able to manage complex client and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent writing and communication / presentation capabilities.
  • Experience with assisting with firm building activities (e.g. recruiting).
  • Team leadership, coaching and conflict resolutions skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 100% and work long hours and weekends if necessary to meet client demands.
