DescriptionVerily, a pioneer in healthcare innovation, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Digital Inside Sales Development Associate with a focus on provider and hospital accounts. Your mission will be to identify and engage key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, showcasing the transformative power of Verily's solutions for enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, and overall outcomes. Responsibilities- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target key decision-makers within hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects through personalized outreach, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique challenges and priorities.
- Creating Value: Articulate the unique value proposition of Verily's products and services, emphasizing their potential to improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and drive financial sustainability.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently move qualified prospects through the sales funnel, coordinating demonstrations and facilitating meaningful conversations with our field sales team.
- CRM Mastery: Meticulously maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and enabling effective reporting.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of sales related experience within the healthcare provider landscape (e.g., hospital operations, clinical workflows, clinical research).
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven ability to build trust, listen actively, and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of a customer.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of sales related experience within the healthcare provider landscape (e.g., hospital operations, clinical workflows, clinical research).
- Proven track record of effectively utilizing data and analytics to improve workstreams.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and clearly articulate complex concepts and solutions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing circumstances with resilience and agency.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $73,000 - $104,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
