Digital Experience Project Manager

My SW Lower Michigan client is in need of a DigitalExperience Project Manager (DEPM) to join their team.
This person is responsible for managing the digital product/service delivery life cycle from strategic planning to launches in support of the financial institution.
The DEPM leads the business case creation (including scope, resources, and budget), obtains approval and leads the launch of new solutions that improve experience, drive retention, create efficiencies and create opportunities for growth in the digital delivery channel according to the Digital Roadmap.
The digital product and service delivery channel includes, but is not limited to: online & mobilebanking, mobile apps, P2P, CPFM, bill pay, digital payments, mobile wallet, biometrics, AI, UX, other disruptive digitalfinancialtechnologies, as stated in the Digital Roadmap.
This person will work closely with the ecommerce team and the IT group.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT is strongly desired.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in financial services/ bankingdigitalmarketing, digital product, payments, or technology.
- Experience leading project teams to on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Project Management experience.
