About the role
In this role you will lead Digital strategy and business solutions to deliver relevant, emotionally connected experiences to customers, which in turn increase loyalty and profitability over time. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements, propose solutions and oversee short-term and long-term programs from initial strategy to completion. Must have strong capacity to determine success measures and analyze data to inform changes for iterative refinement. Partner with multiple organizations including Marketing, Sales, Service/Support, Digital Product and Design teams to influence prioritization and deliver results. Ability to transform vision into execution with little management oversight, while driving heavy collaboration with partner organizations. Connect messaging to external customers and internal employees. Implement innovative, challenging concepts within the online / digital space. Education: Must have Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering, Digital Marketing nanodegree, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Typically requires 9 or more years of experience.
